This tour was well worth the expense as we got from Zagreb to Split and got to stop and see the hanging lakes in addition AND we did not need to drive. The only issue was the crowds and that we had to wait for a late bus for the people who arrived from Split. No biggie. Our tour guide was awesome.

Highly recommend! Milan, the guide we had, was excellent - super personable and funny and laid back. The park is beautiful, make sure you don't leave Croatia without going! The transfer to Split was great, we got there very quickly and they even arranged for a golf cart to take us to our hotels in the pedestrian zone. I also really liked the authentic restaurant near Plitvice, it was a great end to a long day of walking through the park good beer and trout. It seems most people's Croatian itineraries include a lot of the coast, but this day trip showed how beautiful the inland country is.

Milan, our guide was awesome. He made a smooth tour of the lakes. It is a big day and lots of walking. He was very entertaining on the bus also. It was an ideal way for us to transfer from Zagreb to split. They also made sure we knew how to get our accommodation as ours was in walking distance and for others they arranged Ubers and called ahead to their hosts. Far more than I expected. Love the Croatians.

Possibly the most beautiful place I saw in Croatia and I saw a lot of beautiful places. Super convenient way to get to Split as well.

Excellent tour of Plitvice Lakes with a very knowledgeable guide. We also very much appreciated the 2nd guide helping us make contact with our lodging host in Split on our arrival there.
Our only concerns are the lack of advance information regarding 1 the stop for breakfast at 9:00 a.m. we could have slept later that morning rather than making breakfast before we were picked up, and 2 transfer to the larger bus for the last leg of the trip to Split when we thought that it would be a small tour for the entire trip.

This was really nice, a small tour so that is always nice. There was some confusion with the restaurant, we were not told that the set menu was the same price as purchasing just a main, so many people were quite annoyed with this. To be fair, yeah that's not great and it should have been explained better, but it didn't ruin the tour by any means. The tour was great and it was definitely worth it!

Guide showed up 30 minutes late with no call or notice. Maybe I didn't share his sense of humor

Very well organized and structured given how long of a day it is. Marinko was the best guide. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He made the whole day enjoyable and an unforgettable experience.

A very memorable tour. It was beautiful and informative and we had a great time. Marinko was our tour guide, he was very professional, organized and very helpful to everyone. We had a lot of time to take pictures and enjoy the surroundings. Transportation was in a big new tour bus, air-conditioned. enough room for luggage and storage, safe and very comfortable. At the end of the trip we stopped for lunch at a great restaurant, got to know other travelers before we continued on to Split. Highly recommended tour!
