Very good length of time with adequate information for two small islands that do not vary significantly to the centre of Venice. My only feedback is that when I called from mainland to confirm meeting point the lady who answered did not know English.

The directions were not very clear see other directions from other providers for good examples, but we managed to make it on time. Still, we did not see the representative, and there appeared to be nobody waving a clipboard. Attempts to text the number provided bounced back. We saw other reps from the same company who indicated that the boat for our tour had left 5 minutes prior to our meeting them, although we had already been on site by then for 15 minutes. Super unhappy at having wasted 60 Euros. We received no texts/emails from the tour guide to see if were were there. Very frustrating. Would go with another, rated guide this was a new tour on Viator. We've been on 5 tours so far on this Italian trip booked through Viator, and this was the only one where this has happened.
