Get picked up the Radisson BLU hotel in Tromso before 6pm. Your adventure starts at 6pm sharp, so make sure you're not late.
Your first activity for the night is reindeer sledding. Jump on a sled for a 30-minute ride, and then stop to spend some time with the reindeer. Under your guide's expert supervision, you can feed and pet the animals. Keep your eyes peeled while you're outside for the Northern Lights. You might get to see them early on, but there’s also an opportunity to hopefully see them later.
Head inside a lavvu tent for a meal. Enjoy a traditional Sami stew, along with a hot drink, such as hot chocolate, coffee, or tea. During your meal, listen to your guide tell stories about the Sami people and show you artifacts. It’s important to note that your guide comes from an authentic Sami reindeer herding family.
The Northern Lights might come out during your meal, but don’t worry, there's always someone watching to make sure your group gets to see the elusive lights if they do. If the lights do come out while you're eating your meal, you can take a short break to go outside. Otherwise, just head outside when the storytelling is finished.
After this fun-filled journey, relax and keep warm on the ride back to Radisson BLU in Tromso.
