What a tremendous experience. I would highly recommend this for any family. Skip the line saved us hours.

Very easy to find meeting point. From walking across to the entrance getting in past security bags go in x-ray machines and then handed our tickets it took all but 10mins. Very easy and highly recommended. The line outside was horrible. This was painless and very quick which was a blessing in 32degree heat. Once inside we were free to walk around and look as we opted for the non guided tour. We spent 3.5hrs there. Heads up for both male and females, shoulders and knees must be covered. That is only for the Sistine Chapel. Which is normally the very last thing you see inside. All in all 5 stars off us.

I happened to be in Rome for only a day and I didn't have time to take a tour, that's why I chose to buy a skip the line ticket. This turned out to be the best option, especially if you want to be independent an see the Vatican on your own. The office was easy to find. The staff was very polite and efficient. I managed to beat the crowds as the line to get in was huge. Thank you for the great service.

The tour worked perfectly and there were really no issues once inside.
FIRST OFF...my wife wore a dress that stopped 2 inches above her knees and I wore Nike long shorts that hit my knees. There was no issue at ALL aside from what the people outside selling scarves will tell you. YOU DO NOT NEED THEM if you are fairly covered, BUT, shoulders MUST be covered.

The tickets were printed, and we walked towards the entrance, DO NOT DO THAT, go to the office that's listed on the site which is 300 yards away. They'll handle it from there.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better September 2018

The vatican is beautiful but by the end we were sick of seeing the wealth of the popes!!!

1 star rating: I do not recommend this August 2018

Honestly, everyone who took this tour on the day I went should get their money back. It was so incredibly packed that you had to stand shoulder to shoulder with others, moving inch by inch through the museum. You could not see anything and there was no where to stand to get some air and appreciate the museum. It was the worst experience on our trip to Rome.
