The tour was confirmed the afternoon before, and they came at a reasonable time to pick us up the morning of.

Our driver was friendly and courteous. Sergio, our tour guide, was awesome. He provided a lot of information of not just the ruins, but the connection between the historical sites. He gave us with enough time to explore and take pictures, and at no time did we feel rushed. He always made sure that everyone was looked after, from waiting for the group to gather, to providing us with cool drinks in between site. He even provided bug spray to those who needed it.

Thank you Sergio for making this a memorable one for us!

Amazing tour! Especially if you can get to Tulum before the madness, which we did and it was worth it! We beat a lot of the crowd and some of the heat.

While visiting Coba, I'd advise you rent the bikes. Not only does it make your journey through the park easier and faster, it's also a good exercise. Plus, the park is fairly big and if you're on a timed journey, you'll want to spend more time sightseeing than walking. Bike rentals are about 3.

Our guide was incredible, the food at the buffet restaurant was the best we had on our trip which we were all shocked by, and we feel like it was the best 90 we'd spent in a long time. We had 12 people, so got a private tour and bus - thank you for making that happen for us!

The tour is great! In one day, you get to see Tulum, Playa Paradiso, one cenote, Coba ruins. Plus snorkeling and lunch! Orlando and Sergio our tour guides were knowledgeable and funny. The group has a small size, keeping the whole experience very cozy and friendly. I would recommend this tour.

This was a very well coordinated tour with a small group which was my preference. Carmen, our guide was very knowledgeable about the places that we visited. She was very good with the initial icebreaker to help everyone on the tour get to know each other. The places that we visited have a wealth of history and Carmen is like an encyclopedia of information about the Mayan culture as a whole.

Cesar, our driver was a really nice person as well. He kept us on track ensuring that we got to all of our destinations in a timely manner. I highly recommend this tour. My husband and I enjoyed Carmen's wealth of knowledge so much that we plan on taking this company's tour to Chichen Itza when we return next year!

The tour van picked us up at our hotel, and after making other stops, we headed for Tulum. He drove slow and did not say much which had me wondering? When he met up with our guide in Tulum, it became clear. The driver did not speak English well, and we had to meet up. From this point on, the tour took off and it was a lot to do. First was the Tulum ruins which our guide did explain. We then drove to the Tulum beach where we were allowed to swim or see for an hour. Then we were off to Coba. At Coba we had lunch which was very good. After entering Coba, we were told to take the bicycles. Walking was an option, but we would not have enough time. This is an estimated 2 - 3 mile walk. We were given time to climb the Coba pyramid if so desired. The view from the top is amazing. There is a rope to use to assist going up or down. The Mayan ball court and other ruins make Coba more spectacular than Tulum. This tour also stopped off for a Cenote swim. All and all, this was a very full tour. Tulum ruins, Tulum beach, Cenote, lunch and Coba all in one day. I would highly recommend taking this tour.

Excellent tour, prompt start and first through the gate at Coba, take the bikes saves a lot of walking. Enjoyed swim in cenote, lunch then a great tour of Tulum ruins, all rounded off with a cocktail on Tulum beach, great value day with good information and care throughout.
