Siena was a very nice city. I loved that old town of San Gimignano and Monterriggioni. The Gabriel, the guide, was incredible. I enjoyed this tour a lot.

This is a must tour when in Florence. Although the group was a full bus load, our guide Chiara was able to take the lead and was very informative of the history of the areas we visited. There was a group of us that bonded which made it quite enjoyable. Having some great wine at the finish of the tour was a nice way to end the day. The wine was excellentalthough expensive, I ended up purchasing 2 bottles.

Fantastic tour, but too little time in San Gimignano.

This tour was great! They take you to some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany. I would’ve loved more time in Siena and San Gimignano because they are just so beautiful but for a one day tour I think they do the best with the timing. The tour guides were really warm and friendly and made the day very easy going. Lunch was simple but delicious! And the wine tasting part was fantastic!!! I would definitely recommend this tour if you don’t have the time to visit these places on your own!

Absolutely, yes!!!

There was not enough time in each stop. Our bus broke down and they had to get a new one. It took 35 minutes and they did not make up for that time - because of this the winery was rushed. The tour guides English was not great. The winery itself was amazing but wish we had more time.

Last summer we did a similar tour through Walkabout Florence, and it was top notch. I believe this tour is through Ciao Italy. What a disappointing difference! Difficult to find the place to check in, which was in the hot sun, unlike other tour groups that were meeting in the shade. I wish they would have specified a meeting time 15 minutes prior to departure. The ladies checking us in did not even speak to us or acknowledge us with any type of greeting. Very rushed, hurried, and unfriendly! The bus was extremely hot the entire day! Monteriggioni was a quick first stop, with not much to see or do. It seems to me this could be eliminated in such a long day. I was very disappointed that we didnt get a tour of the Duomo in Siena. Walkabout Florence included a guided tour of the inside of the Duomo in Siena, which is just incredible, really not to be missed! We got to enjoy standing in the hot sun outside of it with our tour guide, who seemed to like to stand in the sun the entire tour of Siena. The lunch provided was very underwhelming in restaurant in Siena. The manager was a horribly nasty lady that yelled at several of our tour group for not understanding how the lunch worked. Our tour guide told us on the bus but she is very soft spoken so I think some may not have heard or understood. They thought the lunch was buffet and we watched our tour guide getting the buffet which we were not allowed, so I think some were confused a guy at our table was yelled at twice for getting the buffet which he offered to pay for and didnt even eat! and she also yelled at someone leaving the front door open and letting the air conditioning out! It really made for an uncomfortable lunch. Our Walkabout Florence tour last year had a wonderfully delicious wine tasting lunch in a Tuscan Farmhouse overlooking the vineyards and San Gimignano. The wine tasting on this tour came at the end of a VERY LONG HOT day, it would have been much nicer to do mid day. I think time could have been much better managed on this tour, it seemed like we spent A LOT of it waiting around, for the bus, for lunch, for each step! I was very disappointed in this tour!

Well structure. Would have been better with deaper guide narrative in Monteriggioni.
Wine tasting stop was fun!

This was a delightful tour, marred only by the time constraints in Siena. I would have liked to have spent another hour there.

This was another highlight of our trip. We got to see so many towns and sights in one day without having to drive. Everything was seamless and the tour was great. There was enough time to get to see each place with our allotted tour time and the wine tasting tour was amazing. An unforgettable Tuscan experience and definitely worth the price.
