The tour was great except for the Aquarium. We didn't get to see any of the shows there. I am not sure what happen because Zilaichka, the tour guide had us there on time but the Aquarium was not on the correct time schedule. The tour for the Blue Curacao Liqueur factory was not like when I went before. The last time I was there we saw them make the rum. This time we just walked right through to taste the three different kinds of liqueur. We did not get to see the Queen Emma bridge open but we did get to see it. We also road over the Queen Juliana Bridge and take pictures. All in all we did enjoy our tour because of our tour guide.

This was a great tour. The tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The majority of the group we were in went to a beach while we were at the aquarium, which worked out great as we are not beach people. Tour also included numerous other stops were great. I especially enjoyed the Curaçao liquor distillery. I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour consisted of over 20 people. As soon as the bus pulled away from the Port we were pulled over by the local police, we sat in the bus while other tour buses passed us, some were also pulled over by the police and were cleared to go, other busses drove by and other cruise passengers took our picture. The bus driver and the tour operator both made phone calls, at first we were told that some paperwork was needed and someone was on the way with it. After waiting for almost an hour we were told that another bus was on the way and we would be changing buses. The new bus was also detained by the local police and it passed the test and we boarded the new bus.

The Tour Operator did a decent job but she appeared to be inexperienced. She could not seem to explain to us the difference with just going to the Beach or the Sea Aquarium. There was a lot of confusion and we had a party on the bus who was in a wheelchair which couldnt not be pushed on the sand and they explained that to the tour guide several times and when everyone got off the bus to go to the beach we realized that the wifes of the party in the wheel chair was crying because they were left on the bus when they tried to explain that they wanted to go to the Aquarium. Several of us got involved and several of the men offered to carry the wheelchair to the beach the Tour Operator also started to cry because we were harsh with her due to her insensitivity.

The Tour Operator then directed the bus to go to the Aquarium. Six of us then went to the Aquarium. My impression was that it was more convenient for everyone to go to the beach so the Tour Operator was ignored the disabled party, both places were very close but the Tour Operator has to go to both places to get tickets/wrist bands. The six of us that went to the Aquarium were able to go to the beach area to meet the bus preventing it from having to go back to the Aquarium.

I would like to suggest training for your Tour Operators on clarity in explaining the both venues Beach and Sea Aquarium and sensitivity and patience in dealing with disabled clients.

We had a misunderstanding with the pick up point and we started the tour an hour later, however, our guide apologised for the inconvenience and compensated us for the lost time.

We love the Island and the beach bar. The Sea Aquarium left much to be desired although we enjoyed the dolphins and flamingo eating. Perhaps there was no agenda other than a self-tour, a guided tour may have been better.
