Our tour guide was horrible which we expressed by the first ever, no tip. We couldn’t understand what little he spoke on the trip. We have gone on many Viator excursions but this one was such a waste of our time and money. My husband who doesn’t normally complain or say much, was so mad that he wasted our vacation time. We could have just taken a bus or train to Bruges and Ghent to do the same thing and spent much less money. He basically took us to the various locations and said be back by this time at this place. What we were expecting was information about the historical sights and significance of buildings. People from other excursions that we had met tell us how they love Bruges, but sadly we can’t. I can’t even tell you what I saw except chocolate stores, lace shops and beer signs. I don’t think Frank should be a tour guide. People take time off, save their hard-earned money and expect a certain level of service when they purchase from your agency. This level of service was a minus one star

Excellent trip and we enjoyed the day without any hustle.

Going to Bruges and Ghent all in one day is too much. I felt that we just skirted both. The guide was good but due to the time constraints all she could do was point at the site, talk about it and move on. We couldn't enter anything. The boat trip was well worthwhile, however.

Bruges and Ghent are shockingly beautiful the Buses are like new Mercedes the guide was very friendly and energetic this was the Spanish tour so my wife could understand but me not so much only a little Spanish. Great tour I would not hesitate to do it again someday. Very informative, time for breaks was sufficient ,the tour company was great my first experience with them .One more thing absolutely do take the boat ride in Bruges this is the highlight of the trip its not included but an option at the end .

I was very disappointed with the English speaking tour. First, the same guie did both Spanish and English. I signed up for an English tour, not a bilingual tour. The guide was clearly an English as a third language guide. We listened to 3 mins of Spsnish followed by 1 min of English and I know enuf spanish to know I was short changed. We were in a very large group and when 2 people did not return on time plus 5 extra minutes we all had to wait anither 15 mins for the guide to find them. We should not have been so delayed with our tour arriving back 40 mins later than scheduled due to heavy traffic because of the delay. I would be sure to warn people of the language issues.

we went on a tour where the guide was least interested in his job ..a chain smoker walking in front of customers who have to inhale smoke..while he is on job. he was most interested in guiding the tour to a fish and chip store in bruges ..no guidance or interest to see if vegetarians are guided to a choice of lunch. also interested in collecting the money for a optional boat tour which would free him for his extra time..he pointed us to a location and then when we came back in five minutes they were gone ..we had to find our way back to the bus and no mention of losing us when he saw us back on the bus. we went on the tour on august 1st and the guide was a older gentleman..we forgot his name
