The workshop was a fun experience. There were 9 people and we were divided into groups of 3. The pralines came out good however the ganache was grainy. Brought home a box of 30 chocolates.

I had a great time at this workshop! : The instructor was really informative, the chocolate was absolutely delicious and turned out looking professional and polished, and the amount of chocolates and experience was well worth the price this from a broke student :D. I was travelling alone and was paired with a couple and rocked the third-wheel role :D -- I honestly had a great time and would highly recommend this workshop!

This tour was a blast!!! It was a small group of 11. I was alone, so I was partnered up with someone. The chocolate is delicious and was easy to make as well. Our guide, Effie, was amazing! She was fun, informative, and super helpful. What are you doing... SIGN UP NOW!

Amazing experience. The group was a bit large but there was still ample space for each person to create their own chocolates. The class was fun and informative and it was amazing being able to take home over 30 pieces of homemade chocolate. A very interactive class and definitely worth your time and money!

The workshop was well organized and taught. My family oohed and ahhed when I came home with chocolates for them. If you are hesitating, don't - it was more than worth the price.

My husband and I took this class a little over a week ago, and I cant say that we were particularly impressed. If youre looking for a professional setup/venue, with a professional instructor, then this is definitely not the class for you. Quite frankly, everything seemed fairly scattered, and low budget. Weve taken numerous cooking classes in Paris, and the instructors have always given us a recipe to look over and keep, followed by directions as weve gone along - as opposed to being bombarded with all the steps right at the beginning. The quality of the chocolate was excellent, and the chocolates came out great, but it would have been nice to have an additional filling - maybe a fruit, nut or caramel filling, in addition to the chocolate ganache.
