Make your way to the designated meeting point for morning pickup in Brisbane to meet your guide and board the bus for your tour.
Leave Brisbane and head south for about one hour to reach Springbrook National Park. Spend the day exploring highlights like the arched rock formation known as Natural Bridge; towering waterfalls such as Purlingbrook Falls and Twin Falls; and the Antarctic beech forest, one of the few remaining descendants of the ancient forests of Gondwana.
Soak in the atmosphere of the rain forest during a walk with your guide, and look for wildlife such as pademelons (rainforest wallabies), brush turkeys, goanna and water dragons. Follow a 2.5-mile (4-km) circuit that meanders past rock pools and waterfalls, offering views that extend to the Gold Coast and Byron Bay.
Your tour ends with return to your starting point in Brisbane.
Please note: Lunch is not provided. It is recommended to bring a picnic lunch as there are limited opportunities to purchase food on the mountain.
