Make your way to a boutique winery in the Tuscan hills and meet the estate’s owners in the kitchen to begin your 3-hour cooking lesson, with the option of booking a lunch or dinner class. Learn about Tuscan food and culture from local experts, and then try your hand at crafting classic recipes that begin with fresh ingredients from the vegetable garden or the local farmers market.

At the end of the class, enjoy your meal with wine from the estate.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better October 2016

The location of the cooking class was:
A not the place that is pictured in the link when registering
B extremely difficult to find based on the directions given. We went there a day early just to make sure we could find it stress free on the day of the class.

The chef and her supporting team teaching the class were extremely nice and knowledgeable and the food was great. We did come away with the knowledge on how to make better pasta from scratch at home, which we will try again at home in the future.
