Cleland Wildlife Park Tours

14 reviews
The Cleland Wildlife Park is a limited-enclosure zoo park focusing on native wildlife in Adelaide. Here, visitors can stroll through Mount Lofty forest habitat to find human-habituated koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, emus, echidnas, and more. Learn about the park's animals, including lorikeets and dingoes, during daily feedings hosted by the keepers, or discover the world of South Australia's harder-to-spot critters at the Ocean to Outback Interpretive Center, which highlights a variety of ecosystems and conservation measures to ensure these animals' survival.

You can return after dark on a public night walk (held every other Friday) for a chance to see some of the park’s nocturnal animals, like potoroos, bettongs, and bandicoots. Also available are bags of animal food for visitors interested in hand-feeding wallabies and kangaroos under the supervision of keepers. Don't forget to snap photos along the way.
